great list, but have had them all...the strangest of them all is durian fruit, strange onion type tasting, high calorie, fruity thing. popular in koh sumui where they have the largest farming of it..baramundi also a good experience..but true..the list is not challenging enough for those who travel....snails?? there nice but not on the list...sweetbreads (testicles etc)...think ill make my own list...

Any list like this that doesn't include peanut butter is not to be taken seriously.

Agreed - a list of dishes would be far more useful than cuisines

What kind of list is that ?
Chinese food & Thai food embrace 90% of the other food items :-0
Might as well shorten the list to Chinese food, Thai food, Japanese food, Australian food, American food etc
but leave out British food.... there is no such thing
