ROM 4-Minute CrossTrainer© - a complete workout in just 4 minutes

Rom

OK, you're so pressed for time even 10 minutes on the Power Plate is more than you can spare.

I understand – I have the same kind of schedule, nothing but pressing obligations from the moment I wake until bedtime.

Well, there's great news: joehead LD has informed me that there's a solution for people like us: the ROM 4-Minute CrossTrainer© (above).

"Exercise in exactly 4 minutes per day!"

That's right – just strap yourself into their machine and get ready for the ride of your life.

The company that makes it explains why it has "three big marketing problems":

1) Sounds too good to be true

2) Very high price

3) So-called "experts" ridicule the machine and the concept

Well, you'll hear no scoffing from me.

Read what they have to say, then decide: do you want to be fit - or fat?

My husband and I have a machine and use it six days a week -- we do eight minutes a day -- both upper and lower body. We are both in our 50s and have never looked or felt better in our lives. It truly is cost and time effective.

I actually tried one of these machines about 10 years ago. I was at a trade show and the ROM guy was there (he's a riot, but that's another story).

During a break from demo-ing software, I hopped on and did the upper body part (rowing and pressing like you've never experienced, trust me). 4 minutes later, I could barely move anything from my waist up. I was pumped like CRAZY and the next day I was really sore.

Then I did the lower body part... stair-stepping gone insane (your knees practically hit your chest). Same thing, 4 minutes later, I could barely breathe, my legs were on fire, and I was REALLY sore the next day.

I know this can sound like a shill testimonial, but it's not. I don't even own one (but I wish I had bought it when it was only 9k). Just wanted to chime in since I've actually seen, used and enjoyed the machine.

OK Joe, this thing's so great they couldn't pay anybody enough to sit on it and convince the rest of us that it is compatible with the human anatomy?
