Yahoo! Netrospective: 10 Years, 100 Moments of the Web
Has it really been ten years?
Seems like just yesterday, doesn't it?
Yahoo's created this website to chronicle the past ten years of the internet.
See how it used to be back when pictures were a big deal, hyperlinks got serious, and Google and Amazon climbed out of their cribs and learned to walk and then fly.
Yahoo was founded ten years ago in a trailer on the campus of Stanford University by grad students Jerry Yang and David Filo.
