I've got one of this, bought from a gadget site. Well... this doesn't really work. The motor is really noisy, and the dots are too hard : it hurts (a bit).
I guess a mask of ice is more effective...

I think the best thing about this Migraine Magic (besides the obvious Borg allusion, natch) is that nowhere in the product description does it even CLAIM to help with migraines. Sinus headaches? Yup. Tension headaches? Yup. Eye fatigue? Yup. Migraines? Apparently just part of the product name.
