Thermometer Whisk
Designed for temperature–sensitive recipes.
"Measure the temperature of heat–sensitive sauces while you stir."
Digital readout in your choice of Fahrenheit (40° to 400°) or Celsius.
Data–hold function prevents temperature from changing once whisk is removed.
Whisk wire contains temperature sensor.
Requires one watch battery (included).
Auto shut–off after 20 minutes.
Stainless steel.
