Bank Holidays of the World
Most useful for those who plan to journey abroad, as well as armchair travelers.
From the website:
- This site informs you of all the days when banks are closed due to religious or public events.
Major events (elections, strikes, riots...) are also listed , as well as stock exchange & school holidays in a wide selection of countries.
Our FREE SERVICE allows you to view the current calendar quarter.
With our PAY SERVICE, you can view past and future calendar years (until 2050).
Special CORPORATE SERVICE is also available (double-checked files, edited according to your needs), along with a permanent e-mail alert system.
What caught my eye is this: "...strikes, riots... are also listed...."
Do they have wormhole access?
Maybe it's worth subscribing — I mean, if they already know strike and riot dates up through 2050, that could prove most useful for a number of reasons.
Available in your choice of 15 languages, including French, English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Chinese, Turkish, Korean, Swedish and Polish.
Come on — you must know one of them.
