Calibrated Butter Dish
Don't you just hate it when someone has a good idea, takes it part of the way to its apotheosis and then just loses interest and walks away, leaving it unfinished?
Me too.
So it came as a great joy to me when I came upon this superb new calibrated butter dish.
Sure, it's great that each stick of butter comes wrapped in paper with measurements for cooking — but what happens after you've unwrapped the stick and placed it in your butter dish?
Measurements gone, is what, and so from then on it's all guesswork.
Never again once you mount your stick of butter atop this stylish pedestal.
From the website:
- New! Air–Tight Calibrated Butter Dish has tablespoon measurements etched into base
Freshness–keeping, odor–deterring, air–tight lid.
Extruding measurement lines let you accurately mark butter stick.
Holds long thin or short wide sticks of butter without original messy wrapper.
Dishwasher safe polypropylene.
7" x 3½" x 3¼".
Like buttah.
$9.98 here (Butter not included).
