When it comes time to make a movie about his life, there'll be no question about who's going to play the president of Afghanistan (above and below).
Ben Kingsley (below)
was a
dead ringer for Gandhi; Karzai will be a piece of cake.

That would be Gandhi, not Gandhi. Common mis-spelling, but incorrect nonetheless. Ironically, Ben Kingsley is a stage name. He was born Krishna Bhanji, his father is Indian. This explains why he could play Gandhi (or Karzai) easily, but does not explain why he keeps getting cast for Jewish characters.
