MomInventors.com
It's run by Tamara Monosoff, author of "The Mom Inventors Handbook: How to Turn Your Great Idea Into the Next Big Thing."
That's her up top, on the cover of her book.
In a May 25 story in the New York Times she said that inflated expectations are the No. 1 mistake made by inventors and entrepreneurs.
Barbara Whitaker, the author of the Times story, quoted Monosoff as saying, "It does happen that people make millions, but it's not common."
I recall last year, following a post on mothers who invent, getting a zillion emails from mothers with inventions asking what to do next.
Now I know what to tell them: buy the book and take it from there.
The MomInventors website sells it for $24.99 and throws in a 77-minute CD entitled, "First Steps to Inventing: I have an idea. What do I do next?" in which Monosoff speaks and answers questions.

This could be a winner for years I have wanted to market my invention. I feel like I have been left behind. Everyone has been so successful in their attempts and me nothing. So hopefully something will result from reading your book. Sincerely, Sky
