What is the price of happiness? $24.96

Exactly.

That's what I just paid at Amazon (1-Click Two-Day Free Delivery) for the Who's new album, "Wire & Glass," the group's first full studio release since 1982, and Nora Ephron's new book, "I Feel Bad About My Neck: And Other Thoughts on Being a Woman," her first collection of essays since 1978.

Both come out tomorrow.

I'm so excited.

Gonna be a very good week.

Just yesterday I was surfing YouTube for old Who films/videos. It was great seeing Keith Moon banging the crap out of the drums again. And there was a particularly touching video of a rehersal for what was supposed to be the 2002 tour. John Entwhistle is seated as they run through "I Can See for Miles." He would die two weeks later. I hope the new album has some of the old fire.
