Mog.com — For bloggers who love music

Oik0oo

A mog is a music-lover's blog.

Chris Richards, in today's Washington Post item, wrote, "By creating a 'mog,' users can blog about new music, recommend their fave bands, brag about experiences — anything goes. Signing up is free."

We like free.

But I digress.

Richards continued, "And here's the really cool part: The Web site automatically reads your hard drive or iPod, then posts your music library — and lists what you're listening to most — for other moggers to see."

There's also a musicians area called "Artist MOG's" where the people who make the music weigh in with their faves and thoughts.

Somehow I don't see creating a hole in my computer's security as a good thing. Of course I may be in the minority opinion about that.
