Experts' Expert — Episode 2: '10 cheeses to eat before you die'
Rob Kaufelt, grand panjandrum of Murray's Cheese in New York, offers his selection in his new book, "The Murray's Cheese Handbook"; it also appears on the homepage of his shop's website.
So far I've had the Gouda, English Farmhouse Cheddar, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Stilton, which leaves six to go.
Better get cracking.

And where's the pecorino? Can't live without a nibble or two from time to time - sheep's cheese at its finest.

No gorgonzola? That buttery blue cheese from buona Italia? The foil on my package is crushed and cut; I cannot tell you this brand.
