'More than 65,000 drivers have accidents every year while leaving parking spaces' — Allstate ad
Yesterday in the latest issue of Sports Illustrated I happened on a full-page photo of a car leaving the 18th floor of Chicago's Marina Towers via the [apparently non-existent] riverside exit, with the caption in the headline above.
That got my attention.
Where once I would've said "nice ad" and turned the page, instead I had the crack research team see if they could find out more.
Sure enough, the photo was taken during the making of a commercial featuring the car's plunge.
