Cool! Wonder if you can get a chilled one for hot days.
"Mouse-hand" ceased to be a problem once I got a trackball.

track ball didn't help. usb warm mouse didn't help. a blanket for the mouse halped.
it's a mouse hand warmer gray fleece blanket. see it at etsy, ebay, amazon and igmproducts.com
it's an ergo/circulation problem.
the only way i found relief was using a blanket over the top of my hand.
http://www.igmproducts.com is the only place online with indepth info about the product. uses no electricity. great during the current energy crisis!
