Experts' Expert: Orlando Pita's favorite shampoo

That's it, pictured above.
About $5 at stores everywhere.
Surprised?
I was.
Pita (below) is a superstar hairstylist whose clients currently include "Madonna, Gwyneth, Tilda and Naomi," wrote Sandra Ballentine in an entertaining story which appeared in the April 15, 2007 New York Times Magazine Style Supplement entitled "Beauty Spring 2007."
Pita told Ballentine, "It's light but nourishing and leaves my hair really shiny. You don't need to use a lot, and I can even get by without conditioner."
Huh.
I've been getting by with Johnson's Baby Shampoo and bagging the conditioner since last century — but what do I know?
And no — you can't afford a haircut at Orlo, Pita's salon in New York City: the price back in 2004 was $800 and you can bet it's even higher now, what with his ever-increasing visibility in every column featuring boldfaced names.
Better forward this breaking shampoo news to Edwina Ings-Chambers instanter, what?
Hey, she's getting pretty popular herself: maybe from now on I'll simply refer to her as "Edwina."
