The Sun in 3-D
That's the good news.
The bad news is you still need those goofy glasses (above) to see it that way.
The good news is NASA has created an instructive website so you can make your own.
Does Phillip Torrone know about this?
He will as soon as I send this to him — but I digress.
The Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory (now there's an odd name for a orbiting spacecraft, what?) took the pictures and NASA released them yesterday.
