I don't need no fantasy music camp to play the drum intro on 'Purple Haze'
Listening to it as I am right now, on endless replay so loud I couldn't hear you if you were pounding on my door like a maniac so no — you can't come in, at least not until the music stops which will be about 10 p.m. tonight, after hearing this iconic Jimi Hendrix
tune about 200 times in a row (why are we not surprised things occasionally seem a bit disjointed around here? But I digress...), it occurs to me that even I could pass for a rock 'n roll drummer without taking any lessons as long as our band's repertoire was limited to this one song.
Far out.
