I don't know if that is news that I can use, 6.02(blah, blah, blah, blah). I do know that The Road was excellent (my mop haired teen aged son actually read it after me and actually liked it) and so was On Chesil Beach, which I suspect will become my new yearly summer read after Great Gatsby.
I may just look into and purchase Spook Country this weekend!

May I also suggest Warren Ellis' new novel Crooked Little Vein? the two are friends and Ellis' book looks great from all early reviews I've seen.
