Miranda July is an original
She's a compelling filmmaker, performer and writer whose website for her new book is enchanting.
The site is sort of like potato chips in that it's hard to stop yourself from just one more — in its case — page.
Her website proper is also a kick.

Most interesting. I believe she is that rare thing -- a genuine original.
I love her name.
I was thinking about changing my name. My real name, I mean.
Maybe: Siddhartha Bollinger
No, Cyddhartha. Cyddartha Bollinger, to make it more feminine.
I wonder how far that would take me. Probably about to the end of the driveway.
