If the tea bag is 'soggy' and 'dripping' wouldn't there be somewhat of a design flaw when one tips the cup to drink? Julie must not mind staining her blouse much.
Unless of course one drinks the tea through a straw... but then again the taste of slightly melted plastic doesn't really enhance tea much.
