When the case's base and cover are put together, it looks more like the case that carries reading eye-glasses. So if you have your eye-glasses and your set of travel chopsticks together in the same pocket, try not to get them confused.

Don't you also think the case would also double as a chopstick rest?

Hey -- just wanted to reply to this again...I finally got my set of chopsticks all the way from Hong Kong. I had actually forgotten I had ordered these.

They look a slightly chintzier than the pictures, but they seem to be solid for what they do. Been playing with them today...for three bucks, I can't complain. I picked up a few sets and giving them out to friends.

Thanks for featuring this...always happy to find something new (and cheap) every so often.

That is incredibly cool! I just bought a few of these...I'll be able to keep a pair in my car, in my backpack or otherwise. I just hope the nibs have a LITTLE texture to them...it is sad because I will use the bamboo over the good ones simply because they have grip that a plastic set doesn't. It is embarrassing watching food slip on out repeatedly, not because you don't know how to use them, but because the utensil s*cks (yeah yeah, poor artists blame the instrument for their failing).

Either way, at this price, I'm not going to complain. I'd been saying I was going to stop using disposable utensils this year, and I gotta start somewhere.

BTW does censoring s*cks really stop spam :-) Just found another BoJ StopWord!
