The poor pooch uses this torture device when its people doesn't want to get up and let it out and just sits there.
My garwrd, what a poor puppy. I think Baxter needs to get Jeannine a shock collar. Maybe that would get her away from her stories and let the guy on. Hook up a remote on the door and watch him train her right.
