Rocking Bench Ends

Pretty nifty.
From the website:
- Rocking Bench Ends Pair
Cut 5 standard 2x4s to the length you want (up to 5 feet), slip them into these ends and you instantly create a handsome bench for your patio or garden.
Molded of UV-stabilized, high-density polyethylene to last season after season.
Each end is 32" high x 20-1/2" wide x 4" thick.
Green.
Think outside the garden space.

Are they solid plastic or blow-moulded hollow like Little Tikes' outdoor toys?

My partner used a set of these ( http://www.2x4basics.com/Bench-Ends.asp ) to make a bench for our front porch and it turned out great! They've got some cool stuff- next on the agenda is the work bench for the basement.
