Just a reminder: Starbucks closed today from 5:30–8:30 p.m.
All of the company's 7,087 U.S. shops will be closed for three hours to retrain servers and "provide a renewed focus on espresso standards."
Not to worry if you're traveling — shops in airports (and stores) will remain open.

Will Starbucks teach their employees how to clean bathrooms? I can't tell you how many dirty SB bathrooms I walk into. The toilet seats will make you lose your appitite right away. They need attention several times a day and the shortage of stalls makes the problem worse.
A little Clorox and water would take care of the toilets. Sinks and floors need cleaning too and wastebaskets need to be empitied.
Does anyone else have similar stoires?
