Even though the answer has been posted I had to say it: Mike wins.
I'd love to see what the actual CEO of Spencer Gifts looks like. Actually, Joe should make it a flickr photohunt contest to pair up a person's picture with the store: SG's, Hot Topic, Lane Bryant and any other stereotypical store that might have the "found" CEO as their Execusexynurse, Execupunk, or Execusoccermom (accordingly).

This one's easy. That's Norm Cleveland, former CEO of Spencer's Gifts, now reduced to working part-time as a model for Miles Kimball after he screwed up the big sock order for the Vermont Country Store.

Didn't know whether to make something up or tell you what I really think it is. Either way, I've been beat to the correct answer and the answer I wish I'd made up. Still, for confirmation's sake, what the heck is it? Ah okay, I see, you'll tell us tomorrow. Such a cliffhanger. I hate cliffhangers...

A new version of "cupping" - though I understand that the advocates claim the product relieves pain those of us with a fair grasp of modern medicine think that the sole use of the device is to effect the infamous "walletctomy" upon the mark.
There is a countervailing theory: Sperm Whale envy.
Sperm Whales eat giant Squid. The Squid don't do lunch with Sperm Whales and, there is a bit of nastiness before the Whales get their meal. http://www.extremescience.com/giant-squid.htm
The Whales get "ringed" for their tucker. http://www.tonmo.com/forums/attachment.php?s=873bcf9756e93c4da90c73455ca3507b&attachmentid=5848&d=1199306543

I'm with Maxi. up top. But, could it also be directed a driver's seats or other sitting situations?

This is an easy one - it's obvious that EA Sports is hooking up their passive optical system to do a 3D motion capture on the retroreflective balls for their new hit game, "Chiropractic Hero" (you wouldn't believe how much the spinal manipulation game genre has taken off). The game is so much fun as you crack the back to colored beats, playing the charachters of DD and BJ Palmer.
But alas, even the gamers that play "Dentist Hero" make fun of us. What I wouldn't do to be able to fill out a digital 3D script pad...
