cool but very inaccurate though.... Russia and Ukraine use "vkontakte" along with the facebook.

Hmm. I don't find a map of the most dominant social networking sites that compelling. That MySpace is the dominant site in the US isn't in any way surprising. I'd much rather see how players like Bebo and Orkut are doing on a global scale. Also, I don't understand why sites like Blogger and LiveJournal are included: these are blog space, which are kind of oranges to the MySpace/Facebook apples of "social networking". (And really, I would've posted this on Valleywag, but you have to have an account to do that...)
