Jetsleeper — 'Upgrade your seat'

1hjoioihouiyh

"Do you struggle to sleep in economy?"

Not really — I keep myself busy looking for the pretzel fragment I dropped underneath my seat.

But I digress.

From the website:

    Jetsleeper®

Jetsleeper allows you to sleep upright, which is fundamental in getting a good flight's sleep in economy class.

The pillow can be used on either side of your head, providing stability and comfort for your entire journey.

The strap attaches to the top of your seat and loops over your armrest.

    Features:

    • Support for your entire body, keeping you upright in the seat and not slumped into the aisle

    • Easy access so you can leave your seat and return to a comfortable night's sleep

    • A soft, cushioned fibre pillow rather than hard air-filled plastic

    • Adjustable height to fit your exact requirements

....................

Two colors: Valentine Red and Jetsleeper Blue.

$30.

It usually works for me to slide down the chair a little until my heads is on the same level as the head rest. And I'd have said that no, I never struggle to sleep... until a month ago. Getting on a plane after 1 hour or sleep that night and finding out your chair is so cramped is not fun. (I did sleep, but I woke up with aching muscles...)

Looks good, but I wonder how it would work with BA and Air Canada's adjustable head rests. I've got pretty good at sleeping with my head forward, like the salarymen in the subway.

Good for short people, I suppose, but it won't work for me or other long-torso people. My head is higher than the back rest.
