Yves Saint Laurent Nail Touch Varnish Pen

Edwina Ings-Chambers, Beauty Editor of The Financial Times, wrote, "If I were to be asked to nominate a product for a Most Practical Beauty Award, I wouldn't hesitate: YSL's Nail Touch Varnish pen.

"It's devilishly simple in approach: nail polish in a tube.... No pot and brush on a stick. No dipping. No dripping. It's easy to use even for those with dexterity difficulties (I asked a friend who had suffered a stroke to try one and she was delighted by how much easier it was to apply than normal varnish). All you do is click for the polish to flow to the brush, paint it on and close the lid when you've finished."

Beige Touch, Crystal Touch, Pearly Touch or Pink.

Or the poor woman's alternative: Sally Hansen has a similar product -- in 8 colors, instead of 4 -- at about one-third the price.
