Lang Lang plays the first few measures of Chopin's Op.10/5 'Black Keys' etude with an orange

According to the YouTube description, "This is Lang Lang in his practice room at the Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. Who knew he could play piano in a different way? Lang Lang ... learned this technique from Daniel Barenboim, a famous conductor and pianist. Apparently this 'orange technique' helps relax the wrist and the hands too!"
