Hey Joe, I need a dedicated tool to wipe my butt!
How about that? I mean, I know I know, you'll just say use your hands, and of course, some sort of wipe. But I want something that makes it easier. And by easier, I mean more expensive and takes up room in my already cluttered home and actually probably a little less convenient. I should be easy to clean, and by this, I don't mean something flushable, but something I need to dissect and pull out a plunger and hope I get all the crap out.
Seriously, what is wrong with a paring knife...I mean for Strawberries...err...of course. You pop it in, flick the wrist, and it is done. Done over a bowl, and you've even cleaned up. Drop the edible portion in another bowl and you are done. No need to pull everything apart after every 10th strawberry as this looks like one would have to do. I mean, clean up of the knife...quick rinse under hot water and soap and a wipe of the kitchen towel and you are done. 10 seconds max.
The older I get, and I know I ain't as ancient as you, the more I realize I need less and less kitchen tools. Give me a meat tenderizer and a butchers knife and I can do everything your fancy dancy stabrurry loller can do.
Someone get me a drink over here...I'm dying.

The older you get, the more you'll appreciate a tool that won't slice your hand open if shaky hands slip during its use.
Also, this tool works much faster than a paring knife and the only cleaning necessary is when you're done with the task. The whole point of the plunger is to quickly push the "Guts" out of the tool so nothing gets clogged.
