One more idea. A mashup of the digital photo watch and the Muji Chronotebook. The hands showing over the picture of daily planner.

This one needs one of your think outside the box comments. Take a screen shot of your daily appointments, todo list, or anything else that you want quick access to and put it on your watch. It is ugly and most people will probably just use their cellphone for such tasks but the watch does have the advantage of being on your wrist for a quick glance when you need to remember something.
