Gasoline mowers are definitely a thing of the past. I sold my two gas mowers at my last garage sale 5 years ago and purchased a push-reel mower ( like grand dad used to have). I love it. While I have to say the Nueton electric is a well thought out piece of equipment, I am partial the the push reel. It is virtually maintenance free and it runs as long as I run. No worries about battery capacity. Also, batteries, do have limited number of recharge cycles before they need to be replaced and they can be expensive to replace. My push reel mower cost me a mere $79.00 5 years ago. You can still get a good one for about $119 at www.cleanairgardening.com. They are much lighter than they used to be. So they are easy to maneuver and take up very little space in the garage. I no longer have any reason to store gasoline which is another plus to getting rid of your gas mower. I read that a gasoline mower actually puts out much more pollution than an automobile.
