"Higher is better"??
Not if it tips over with diddums inside.
That thing has WAY too high a center of gravity.
Quite simply dangerous.

I never believed, or rather lets say that I chose to ignore my husband when I went all out for a bugaboo stroller. While carrying my child I had visions of me with my bugaboo and the kid inside. I was smitten. When it arrived it lived up to its design potential except for one tiny little detail - the thing weighed all of 18 plus pounds. Putting it in and taking it out of the car positively killed me. Eventually I bought a 50 dollar Snap and Go and later a McClaren umbrella style stroller. I could have bought them both over three times for the amount of money we lavished on the bugaboo. At around 2 and a half my kid no longer even wanted to be strolled around. When tired he preferred our arms. You see where I am getting at with this? I have never been able to live down the expenditure on the bugaboo. Turns out the hubby was right and that I should have just listened when he asked me those fateful questions long ago: "How MUCH?" and then, "Are you MAD?!!!!!"
Pregnant ladies beware! Do not watch the PROMO VIDEO.
