iBackup — 'A simple backup/restore utility for Mac'
I'm excited, because for once you don't have to have OS 10.4 or beyond — iBackup works with 10.3.9, which is exactly what I'm running.
Oh, yeah, one more thing: it's free.

Great find, Joe. I've been researching mac-compatible backup solutions recently, but I hadn't found this one.
