Traveler's Compression Leg Massager
This portable leg massager improves blood circulation for those who must sit for extended periods of time — office work or transoceanic flights — by simulating the expansion and contraction of the calf muscles.
The massager provides the same type of pressure as hospital compression boots by helping to counteract the sedentary conditions that can contribute to deep vein thrombosis, a serious blood clot condition.
The massager wraps comfortably around a calf (or foot) and when activated, the air bladder fills intermittently, compressing muscles which improves circulation.
It delivers 70-130 mmHg of pressure, compared to the 15-20 mmHg delivered by compression stockings, and it has three massage modes with variable pressure for 10-minute cycles.
Requires two AA batteries that provide up to five hours of use.
Fits calves up to 19-3/4" around.
4-1/2"L x 2-1/2"W x 2-1/2"D.
