Hennepin Crawler
Designed by Krank-Boom-Clank, "four Santa Rosa, California artists who wanted to build something that moves as gracefully along railroad tracks as it maneuvers around the playa at Burning Man,"
wrote Dave Sims in the latest issue (No. 17) of MAKE magazine.
"'It was a very organic process' says Barnett [one of the four]. 'The only thing we had set was that it would be pedal-powered and that it had four seats — since there are four of us.'"
