Procrastination and its contents โ Episode 4: 'All procrastination is delay, but not all delay is procrastination'
So said Timothy A. Pychyl, associate professor of psychology at Carleton University in Ottawa, in Alicia Tugend's January 30, 2009 New York Times Business section article on procrastination.
Continued Pychyl, "It is the difference between sadness and depression. Procrastination is a complex issue of self-regulation."
Wrote Tugend, "We all do dawdle or drag our feet at times. And sometimes taking a break and staring out the window or taking a walk is just what we need."
