I'm sort of with Flautist on this, but I suspect we might disagree on how to handle iced drinks. I won't have ice in my drink, with the possile but improbable exception of ice that is in an enclosure such as a wine carafe with an insertable test-tube-like glass container to hold ice and be put in the carafe. Not only does it get in the way, it "waters down" the drink.

Heck, to the disgust of older Brits, we like our beer cold - but that does not mean we want ice in it!

And yes, waitstaff (and bartenders) have trouble believing me when I tell them not to use ice in some drinks.

Better as Ninja Training Shurikens.

What in the hell.
Any adult who hasn't figured out how to control their cubes shouldn't be trusted with an iced beverage.
I would hang these on my Christmas tree, though.

I can never tell if you're being ironic when you post stuff like this.
