With the hole going all the way through it, it is less likely to have a surgical team embarassingly remove it from...nevermind. Lets just say the pressure doesn't build a vacuum that binds it in place.
Now if the local emergency room would STOP sending out my name on fliers to the adult bookstores in my neighborhood telling them not to sell to me (which they lovingly put up next to my Do Not Accept Checks From posters).
