Kiełbasa (Steeler delicacy)
Pour many Iron City beers into team and one IC Light into a large skillet. Bring skillet to a simmer and add kiełbasa slices. Cook kiełbasa for three minutes per side. Drain. Serve warm with yellow dipping sauce: chili sauce, crushed pineapple and brown sugar in a saucepan brought to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm with kiełbasa. Feeds whole team.
