So, rough count on that burger, figuring each helping of bacon is around four slices, and the sauce is pretty much just mayo?

That would be one of the old sites, they've been run out of various neighborhoods of Phoenix metro area. I visited the current site in Chandler last September, here's what it looks like now and the menu is here.
Food's pretty decent.
