Sponge on a Stick — Episode 2: Back by popular demand

DL6054-Sponge-on-a-stick_LG

Yesterday for about the third or fourth time in the past two years — ever since I featured this nifty mashup in late 2007 — I received a request for a source for this device.

Your wish is my demand... wait a minute, that's not right.

Never mind.

From the website:

Extend your reach and reduce straining with the 22"-long Sponge on a Stick.

Wash hard to reach places, like your back and feet.

Ideal for people who have a limited reach.

Why stretch when you don't have to?

Lightweight, sturdy molded high-impact handle with a hole in the end for hanging.

Curved or flat sponge, as available.

I went to "Camp" one year and in the bath house there were sticks holding real sponges with automotive screw-clamps!
