Huh. That's Moon in My Room by Uncle Milton Toys. It sells for $17-20 in most stores. My team of monkeys with calculators has just flung me their result: Urban Outfitters seems to be charging $25 for the cardboard box they ship it in, and that's at retail and before the ten bucks shipping. The monkeys have just assured me that Urban ain't paying retail to Uncle Milton.
They added a note at the bottom of their figures here saying they really want to see this box because for that kind of dough, it must have mother-of-pearl inlay or perhaps gilding of some sort.

This is not a great product. It's very cool in principle, but it eats batteries. We decided it would be awesome to put it at the top of a cathedral ceiling before we found this out.
