Top 5 chocolate-loving countries
"The top five countries in spending per capita on chocolate are European."
The U.S. isn't even close.
Full disclosure: I met Larry Burdick, grand panjandrum of Burdick Chocolate, back in the day when he was based in tiny quarters along an alley in New York City.

Because as all good statisticians know, correlation and causation are the same. The obesity rate is higher in America than these countries, yet we spend less money on chocolate. Therefore, eating lots of expensive chocolate prevents weight gain!
I'm going to go celebrate my genius with a new diet now.
