World-class beef jerky in my Podunk town

You'll find it at the Organic Butcher of Charlottesville in the Main Street Market.

I stopped by yesterday and bought some (top) to gnaw on while I perused the rest of the market and on my way out bought some more.

Very, very good.

I can't even eat regular jerky anymore...I got spoiled by a friend's Vietnamese Jerky and if you've never had it, you are doing yourself a disservice.
