Should you check your email?

E-mail-graphic3

A flow chart by San Francisco-based artist Wendy MacNaughton.

Bonus: you can purchase her work directly or from her Amazon site.

Or email her direct: wendy@wendymacnaughton.com.

If you mention I sent you, she'll burst out laughing, then immediately double her prices.

Just kidding. (I think).

Wait....

If you have not checked your email in the past three minutes already, the only way to check your email is if you are with family you don't want to keep.

Since you can't have checked your email without going through this flowchart, the left-hand branch presupposes that you have already gone down the right-hand branch three minutes ago.

Thus, the only way any email gets read is in the presence of unwanted family.

Good to know!
