Funiture by Snarkitecture

Snarkitecture is a Brooklyn art and design studio run by Alex Mustonen and Daniel Arsham, whom Tim McKeough engaged in a Q & A which appeared April 25, 2012 in the New York Times.

Wrote McKeogh, "The objects and installations... are almost always perplexing, purposely challenging people's expectations." 

"The furniture they designed for the exhibition 'Funiture,' running at Volume Gallery in Chicago through June 13, is no exception: all of the pieces look to be broken, or in the process of falling apart. But things are not quite as they appear. Despite the imperfections, the pieces are structurally sound and functional."
