Chopula — Chopping Spatula
For a sec there I thought it was a trig function I'd forgotten but no, it's a kitchen utensil that does double duty.
Constant readers will know that I give pride of place to things that do more than one thing.
Of course, there's always a spot for stuff that does anything exceedingly well, even if it's only one thing.
But I digress.
From the website:
...............................
Multi-curved head design allows you to scrape every corner of any pan without scratching non-stick cookware.
Large flexible head slides easily under food for a clean lift or flip that keeps even fragile food in one piece.
Keep benches or countertops clean and food hygienic thanks to the clever bend in the handle which holds the head up and off your bench.
Unique head shape lets you chop food in a hot pan while keeping your hand up and away from the heat.
Non-stick safe nylon is heat-resistant up to 480°F/250°C.
Dishwasher-safe.
