I love the Microplane products, but this critter can't compete with the perfect meat tenderizer. Jaccard makes the only tenderizer anybody could ever need. See: http://tinyurl.com/9d8jetd
If you want anything from Swiss Steak to tender Venison, the Jaccard is the tool for you.
