As Paris Hilton (whatever happened to her, anyway? Haven't seen her name in print in ages?) used to say, "That's hot!"

$9.95.

A few years ago, I decided I was going to give Netti Pots a try. But I'm too damn cheap to buy one, and too damn cheap to buy the saline mixture. I mean seriously? Kosher Salt, a little Baking Soda to take the edge off the salt, and purified (or boiled...and then chilled...don't want to get sued by idiots!) water. People pay a few dollars a bottle for this???

So, I do this and realize I don't have anything to spray it into my nostrils. Ahhh....empty Sriracha bottle! Poured some boiling water in...then soaped it out and then more boiling water.

Should be sanitized...BUT NO...the nozzle had just enough in there that when I jammed it up inside my nose and sprayed it was like hell on earth. Screw pepper spray, if I had a purse, I'd carry a bottle of sriracha and spray it wholesale into any assailant's eyes. Holy Jesuses it hurt...I took a half gallon of milk and poured it down my face in the kitchen to no avail.

So the point is, buy a Sriracha water bottle and don't attempt to reuse a previously full bottle of the good stuff if you plan on shoving it into any orifice.
